Judo Instructors in Delaware

I started learning judo in February of 1999 at the University of Scranton under 6th-degree black belt judo instructor, Fred Murty. After five years, I moved from Scranton, PA to continue training judo with Sensei Murty, eventually learning from a variety of other expert judo instructors such as Tim Redden and Gene Te Shin. In 2006, I moved my judo training to Delaware and began receiving lessons under Richard Hugh, who has since been awarded his 8th-degree black belt. While continuing to learn judo lessons in Delaware from both Dick Hugh and Fred Murty, I earned my 1st degree black belt from the USJF in 2007, and my 2nd degree black belt in 2016.
